I bought this in horse size because that typically fits my Tennessee Walking Horse. It was too big. Actually it was way too big.

My horses is average and this was way too big - keeping it because someone always needs a halter at shows and this will fit the huge warmbloods

I love this halter, though it runs large. I got three fir each of my horses. Two of them have petite heads (about 14 hh and one is an Arabian mix) so I got the Cob size for them which fits well on the middle buckles. I got the horse size for my quarter horse and it is a big, but still fits pretty well on the tightest buckles.

It was almost impossible to find a good quality halter w/leather breakaway! I was so relieved to finally find this one! It arrived when promised and seems to be well made and was a decent price! I would definitely buy again if he loses this one!
