How long is the warranty period?

  • We back our products with a standard warranty.
  • Parts/Accessories purchased on taglory.com are not covered under warranty. If the parts/accessories you purchased are received damaged and can not be used, please contact TAGLORY customer service. For details please refer to our Return Agreement 
  • We guarantee the product to be free from material defects in workmanship for the warranty period from the date of delivery of your product.
  • In the case of non-human damage/bump: the warranty period is 30 days.

The warranty is only valid if:

  • This product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions.
  • No modifications or unauthorized repairs have been made to the product.
  • The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

The following conditions are not covered by this warranty.

  • Artificial
  • Freight

Receiving Instructions and Shipping Damage

  • To ensure your satisfaction and better customer service, we ask that you follow these instructions when you receive your order. It will fix any issues you should have and let you enjoy your purchase faster.
  • Before the delivery driver arrives, have your camera (preferably a digital one) ready.
  • After the delivery driver arrives and unloads your box, before he or she leaves, carefully inspect the condition of the box and note any dents or tears in the cardboard box. Dents or tears may indicate internal product damage from shipping.
  • If you notice any dents or tears, take pictures. With the delivery driver present, open the dented/torn box and inspect the product carefully for damage. If there is minor damage, please take photos and note the damage on the delivery confirmation. At this point the driver can be asked to leave.

Making a Damaged Warranty Claim

  • In case of major damage please email taglory@everclaw.com. Do not reject shipments. Most damage can be repaired by replacing plastic or other parts. A customer service representative will walk you through the process of filling out an initial report with the shipping company and filing a warranty claim with taglory.
  • Please retain all packaging materials (boxes, trays, tray ties, etc.), instruction manuals and device parts during the warranty period as they must be returned with the product. We do not accept any products without packaging materials. If you do not have packing materials, you can contact us and explain the situation, but the cost of packing materials will be deducted from the refund amount.

For any type of damage, you will need to note Shipping Damage on the delivery note to keep your warranty valid.

  • Assemble your product - follow PDI instructions (see maintenance section for details)
  • If you find any parts missing when you receive your order, you need to contact us immediately or within five (5) working days.

Hidden shipping damage

  • If you do not note damage on the delivery note (either because you did not inspect the device during delivery or there was no obvious damage to the packaging) but it is later discovered, this is considered "hidden damage". You need to report all damage with pictures within 3 calendar days. If we do not receive a damage report within 3 calendar days of delivery, we will not be able to cover any damaged parts and/or send shipping costs for replacement parts. Due to the nature of concealed damage, the shipping company will not admit any damage claims if the claim is not filed within the time limit. This also includes any parts you find missing. We need a picture showing the missing item in order to ship it.

How do I make a warranty claim?

  • All warranty claims need to be submitted via email to taglory@everclaw.com. After submitting a warranty claim, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Your warranty claim will be answered by email.
  • In some cases, it may be requested that the defective part be mailed back to TAGLORY. We need to verify that your replacement part was sent to you correctly. We need to verify that your part is indeed defective. Many times we receive parts that are not defective at all.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send back the defective part.
  • The validity of any warranty claim is at the sole discretion of TAGLORY.
  • Once the warranty claim has been verified, a replacement part will be shipped free of charge on the first warranty order. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for any additional warranty orders.

How fast will we ship the parts you ordered?

  • We have 95% of our parts in stock. Once a warranty claim is submitted and confirmed, we will ship the part within one week. On the rare occasion we do not have a part in stock and must order it from overseas, the turnaround time is 30-45 days.
