4. What if not satisfied with the product after purchasing?

Within 30 days of receipt, enjoy an unconditional return policy. Please contact customer service for processing.

All qualified products will be affixed with the TAGLORY brand label, and non-qualified products will NOT have labels, and will NOT be boxed for shipment.

5. Are the products safe? Does it affect your pet's health? 

All products will go through multiple sterilization processes before leaving the factory to ensure the absolute safety of the products.

6. What if I need to change or cancel my order? 

Free cancellation can be requested within 5 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped and the cancellation is requested, the corresponding shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

7.Where can I find my tracking number? 

You will get a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the tracking number. You may also check your order status page to locate the tracking number.

8. What if I'm not satisfied with my product?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you aren't happy with your order, we will give you a full refund. Just shoot us an email at taglory@everclaw.com. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send your item back and provide you with a refund! Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
